What should I wear?
At One Accord, we believe in “coming as you are”. You will find t-shirts and jeans along with business attire. We believe church is about your heart, not your clothes.
What will my children do during service?
We do worship as a family, we believe it is important for children to learn what is worship and to feel comfortable around it. We pray that our children grow to openly worship, pray and testify to the goodness of God. During preaching we offer nursery for babies and toddlers. Team Kidz is open for ages 5 to 12. In Team Kidz, children will be taught biblical lessons and how to apply it to their lives.
What are services like?
Formally, we begin our services with our band. It is a live band, we have a mix of southern gospel and contemporary music, as we believe it is the message of the song not the style of the music that honors God. Following worship, we move into preaching. Our pastor preaches The Word from the KJV Bible and relays it to our congregation in a way that we are able to learn, grow and love even more. But with that being said, we are open to the Holy Spirit at all times and we will follow Him, even if it takes our services off schedule!
